I had an 80th birthday party and found it all very rushed and pushy. I wouldn't recommend the function centre. The food wasn't too bad but if you left the table to get a drink plates whisked away. Food not our long enough, restaurant said dessert out 1 hour I asked guest 20 minutes tops. Most of the smokers missed dessert. Charged for 2 people extra, manager said that 2 people hadn't paid but when I con paired lists everyone at the lunch paid. wanted nice leisurely lunch but pushed from the start to finish. Very disappointed. I think having lunch on the sunday was a mistake, staff just wanted us in and out so they could go home. People hadn't left the restaurant and staff clearing away everything.
