I found the young female chemist, pretty rude, unhelpful and embarrassing. She wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her and discussed private health matters in the open space with people near by. Then wouldn't give me what I needed (nothing dodgy, oral thrush medication). Please please don't get carried away with your own questions and listen to the person, make sure others cant overhear and be less directive. A lot of people these days understand their health needs and are really informed about them with good information. Respect, listening and sensitivity work for people. I felt none of those things
