22nd November 2011 Avoid this business at all costs. Absolutely terrible service. We waited almost 6 hours for them to come to our house, and they never came. We took out all our freezer and fridge items and waited 5 hours before I put it all back in by myself, with my parents and brother stubborn, thinking they'd come eventually. We kept calling them every 40 minutes or so, starting from when they were 1 hour late, each time them saying they'll be here in 30 minutes. Terrible place. Never ever do business with them. Absolutely unacceptable. I can't stress how much I hate how they treated us. We did nothing but wait and ask fairly when they would come. We didn't lose our tempers until after 4 hours. We had to cancel them and we're going to have someone else come tomorrow at 8 am.
