25th August 2012 I USED to be a big fan of Grillers but after continuous bad experiences, service and food, I will not be going back again.
After waiting for 40 minuets once ordering, the waiter comes to ask if we have ordered. When we inform her that we have ordered and are still waiting for our meals she says that our orders had been lost and that the chef will now start preparing our meals.
When the waiter returned she had the wrong order!
It was a 50 minuet wait before we eventually received our meals, and when we did they were cold, poorly put together and obviously rushed.
Very disappointing and we will not be back again or be encouraging our friends and family to dine at Grillers.

23rd September 2011 We dined at Grillers on 16/09/11 before the RWC2011 All Black vs Japan game, and although we were restricted to burgers to free up their table quickly, and the hostess was not customer focused, the food however was fast and our waitress tried hard to please. We then dined on 18/09/11 before the Samoa vs Wales game, and the quality of food was poor (we should have stuck to the burger menu) and we had to wait 1hr 45min for our meals - after complaining after 1hr 15mins we still did not receive our meals for another 30minutes, while at least 4 tables we arrived before had eaten and were leaving. The moral is if you do not say you are in a hurry then the service and food is a shambles. Don't waste your money people, there are far better restaurants across or down the road with better service and a lot better food. FAIL Grillers!!
