29th April 2019 Took weeks to identify a problem with my vehicle (despite being asked to urgently look at it), ended up breaking a part in the engine, damaging the door and scratching the paint. When we had the vehicle towed to a different mechanic (who fixed the problem immediately) due to the run around we were being given they refused to pay for the damages they caused as well as threaten us with legal action because they felt they were being "bullied". This business appears to have gone down hill in the last few years as they used to be great and we are now out of pocket as a result. Speaking to other people we aren't the only ones who have had problems. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
