3rd August 2014 Worst experience I've ever had staying at a motel/hotel. First of all I emailed them asking if it was OK to book a studio room as we didn't see the need to book a big room as we had our own porter cot for our 2 month old and a blow up bed for our son as we just wanted to save some money their response was OK the studio room is $130 and because they said OK I went ahead and booked it. I then received an email the day of check in at 11am saying you booked a studio room with kids??? I did not receive this email until I checked in and paid. I have never felt so embarrassed and unwelcome in my life the owner at reception(male) had the nerve to be so rude and say I shouldn't of booked a studio room in the most blunt way not friendly at all, (we had a 2 month old baby and a 3 year old) he said to us the room Is only for 2 adults when on the website it states 2 adults and 1 child didn't think a extra 2 month old is such a big issue? I wish we walked out and didn't pay at all they did not deserve our service. If you want to be spoken poorly through email and in person I Would not recommend staying here. Poor customer service over $10-$20 and the shower was broken didn't even want to speak to him and I tried fixing It myself. We ended up leaving and returning late because we didn't even want to stay there
