26th January 2012 Me too, ordered something on line. Then waited a month, then called them they told me they're sending the part. Then I waited. Then I emailed. Then I waited. Then I called, they told me that they couldn't find the part in the warehouse. I asked them why I hadn't been told after 45 days of waiting. They said they fired the guy responsible. I don't believe them. I am now trying to get my money back, without any further reparations, fingers crossed. All this time I have not had a working laptop.
Conclusion: Waste of my time, money and effort.

10th August 2011 I have also had a terrible experience with Giga computers. Although they acheived what they techincally had to do, they never told me when my job was ready, didn't respond to phone calls or emails for eight months, and even when I went in there in person (more than once) they argued with me telling me that they must have tried to contact me. Eventually I basically gave up and cut my losses - it wasn't worth arguing with them any more. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never, ever use them again.

18th March 2010 Giga Computers Ltd, have been an absolute pain to deal with. 8 Months on, since everything has FINALLY settled, I can now comment on the service I received from them. They are a company obligated to provide a service showing reasonable amount of skill and workmanship and they did not meet these requirements. They instead blamed me for bringing in a broken phone which was NOT the case. Customer service I received was slack, telling me excuse after excuse for the first 6 months. The customer service I received and witnessed from the manager was even more appalling. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
good looking website but No delivery, emailed -no reply - they never called back called waste of time and money -useless avoid them
