In 2004 after supplying fibre optic lighting systems to New Zealand's swimming pool industry through Aqua Clear Products for 4 years, Fibre Optic Lighting Ltd was created to help expand the growth of this elegant form of lighting in the other areas of the New Zealand market.
We were soon recognized as a leader in this field, gaining popularity with designers, architects and builders with our fresh ideas and "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.
In our quest to develop and promote emerging lighting technologies, LED's were soon seen as our largest growth area, enabling us to provide a truly unique visual experience using environmentally friendly , energy saving, maintenance free products.
In 2008 Specialized Lighting Concepts Ltd was born, keeping true to our initial vision, the new name is an accurate reflection of what we are about.
