19th September 2013 Have had a very poor experiece with buying online with this company, purchased some spotlight gear on there website with visa, waited a few days and got no confirmation email so i mailed them and was told a couple of days later that there would be a 4-5 week delay as they didnt have them in stock. I was offered a refund so i accepted the refund option. Its now 3 weeks later and still no refund or communication. I get better customer service from companies in China, wouldnt waste my time or money buying anything from this outfit again
