Friendliest service around Auckland! We come in here regularly as our work is based in the same complex so the staff have gotten to know us. Always nice where a place knows your order.

I love coming here simply to talk to the staff - we have become regulars so they know our orders and always have something nice to say to us. Nice to find a local in Auckland.

I cannot speak highly enough of Blues Cafe. The hot food is excellent and the coffee is great. The Blues Cafe team have looked after all of my special food requests and go the extra mile with service. The staff are very friendly and call you by name. The food is very reasonably priced with good sized portions. They also look after our catering requirements for the office meetings. A big thank you to Blues Cafe.

Cooked food, like the coffee, depends on who makes it, sometimes great & sometimes below average I only go here as it is close to work but find it can be a waste of money having to tip coffee out down the sink, am not going back anymore, will just go into Ellerslie instead. Pick up your game!

Great A++++++ this cafe is in a great area with Amazing food, lovely staff & a bargain for your money!! seriously what more could you ask for!! They have the BIGGEST toasties ever so big they have cardboard on the outsideto keep the filling in =D Thats what im having for lunch a fresh mouth watering tostie

I personally love Blues Cafe for my coffees etc and make sure that I do not go anywhere else for my coffee during the week - service is always top notch from Kaia who always has a very friendly and bubbly personality and with a smile which makes your day and Cheryl and Don are always very pleasant to deal with. What makes a difference with this cafe is that it has a real family feel about it - they get to know you by name and they know what you like - and with a personalised feel service - this makes Blues Cafe a highly recommended cafe. I cant rave about them enough!

This cafe is I think the best cafe in the area. Love this place for their Coffees. They have a good menu for lunch at very reasonable prices. Staff are very Helpful and Friendly. Lunch time gets very busy and sometimes you have to wait longer than usual. I like :)

Blues is my regular. The food is good and reasonably priced and the coffee is great. A lot of cafes have good food so what makes this place "my regular"? I started going for my coffee in the mornings and one morning the friendly staff started calling me by name. The friendly banter that was exchanged every morning became suddenly very comfortable. These forward thinking staff members have found the X factor. They took the trouble to remember customer's names and now I find myself going for coffee regularly rain or shine. I know that regardless of the fact that I have to walk past another cafe to get to Blues, I will remain a loyal customer. Well done on having staff that make the difference!

I personally love Blues Cafe for my coffees etc - service is always great from Kaia who always has a very friendly and bubbly personality and Sheryl and Don are always very pleasant - my only criticism I have is that I recently bought what was labelled as Pasta salad from them and it had Tuna all through it and I dont eat seafood or fish - so maybe labelling of the salads could be better (as the label/signage did not mention Tuna) - would help for vegetarians or vegans. Other than that small matter - highly recommended!!

Good coffee, but food standards slipping had chicken and mushroom pasta special, the large serve netted 3 pieces of mushroom and one piece of chicken the size of a 10c piece, another diner had the same with no chicken. Hardly chicken pasta, should have been mushroom flavoured pasta (more in line with what was received) expected more for $8.50. Very dissappointing.

Just back from getting another flat white - I love Blues, the staff are friendly and coffee is consistently good (not like another local cafe who burn my coffees all too often) Thanks blues, for being my caffeine fix providers!
