I bought an oven and hobb from Parmco less than two years ago. Nothing but problems with them ever since. The oven has broken down so many times I've lost count. Now the markings on the hobb (telling you which knob turns on which element) have worn off in less than two years. Parmco 'help' department were very unhelpful. Eventually they offered to replace the part but I would have to pay for the installation. But they cannot guarantee the new part will last longer than 2 years, so no point. They claim the markings on the hobb are "only cosmetic" and therefore not covered by warranty. In my experience they are very poor quality and Parmco will only meet their warranty obligations when they feel like it. I definitely don't recommend them.
