2nd April 2015 I bought an oven and hobb from Parmco less than two years ago. Nothing but problems with them ever since.
The oven has broken down so many times I've lost count. Now the markings on the hobb (telling you which knob turns on which element) have worn off in less than two years. Parmco 'help' department were very unhelpful. Eventually they offered to replace the part but I would have to pay for the installation. But they cannot guarantee the new part will last longer than 2 years, so no point. They claim the markings on the hobb are "only cosmetic" and therefore not covered by warranty.
In my experience they are very poor quality and Parmco will only meet their warranty obligations when they feel like it.
I definitely don't recommend them.

3rd May 2013 We have a Parmco Oven and Dishwasher and have had norhting but problems with both. Within the first six months the oven door had come off the hinge and the thermocouples have broken twice. The Wok burner is only able to be used for a Wok , ie: you can't use a normal pot or pan on it or the element stops working (as advised by Parmco). When we have had a technician out to fix the oven on a number of occasions, he agreed that the Parmco ovens are substandard. The most frustrating issue is that the oven doesn't cook even close to evenly - have raised this issue with Parmco and response was basically that this isn't a "fault". The dishwasher is an integrated one that has never sealed properly and although I know the installation was done to a very high standard by our fabulous kitchen maker, Parmco take no responsibility. Would NEVER have Parmco appliances again.

22nd August 2012 I have had nothing but problems with 2 out of 3 of my new parmco kitchen appliances since buying 2 months ago. 1 new hob, and 4 oven doors later I still have an oven that does not work properly. They are now not returning my calls! I really want to buy NZ, but this whole ordeal has stressed me out. I will not recommend them. Stay away from Parmco. Parmco, if you read this, it's time to look after your customers, check quality before sending, and ring when you say you are going to. All we want is a product that looks new and WORKS! Not much to ask........
