26th August 2010 Great value and excellent roti curry for a quick lunch. I've been visiting the Sri Penang for more than 10 years and the quality has always been great.

26th July 2010 I have seen John Cambell from 3 news eating here..mum mother goes here every week for the past 5 years. The food is consistently good. Me goreng is probably best ive had.. Give it a go you will be happy you did.

20th July 2010 This is my favourite 'cheap eats' option in Auckland - fantastic Malaysian food at very reasonable prices. The Roti Chenai curry is particularly good. It pays to book a table at this restaurant as it gets very busy, especially on weekends. BYO wine only, not licenced.

16th July 2010 Fantastic value for Money. The Pad Thai feeds 2 almost for $14!
Service erratic however and a bit too bright inside but if you are after decent malaysian food at great prices this is my recommendation
