9th March 2013 ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE.
If I could rate them lower than Poor I would.
I booked a taxi van 4 days in advance to get 9 kids into a Laser Strike game in town.
(Luckily giving myself plenty of lee way with time)
After the van was 15 minutes late, I phoned only to find that the bookings are "not guaranteed", that they have only one van and it was currently busy. Instead they could organise and send out two taxis (which I would have to pay full price for and would be another 10 minutes or so).
After me complaining about the shocking service, the CSR said she couldn't help, and put me thru to her supervisor - who wouldn't answer the phone (and who so far has not responded to my messages).
We were left having to try and round up friends and get them to drive over to help us get every one in to town in time.
My kids missed out on half the game that I had booked and paid for weeks ago.
I will never use these guys again.

29th December 2011 I ordered a Taxi, it arrived 20 minutes late, then took me on an extended round trip to my destination. I paid the driver the fee I am normally charged and requested he have management call me. Of course, they didn't contact me. As far as Hamilton Taxi's is concerned I owe them money. I phoned and emailed management, however I have not received a response. I have used Hamilton Taxi's countless times in the past and on the whole have found the drivers very professional. We all know one bad egg can spoil a batch. It's a pity management seem to condone this drivers actions.
