Sitting in the waiting room gives insights into both patient and staff behaviour; I have never seen inappropriate staff actions but some patients can be demanding, rude and think the world revolves around them. Clearly being asked to wait - or behave - has annoyed one or two who feel they have the right to vent their spleen on this forum. Shame; this is a great health centre with caring doctors, nurses and assistants.

11th September 2014 Doctor's service is ok. But receptionist (a lady) is impatient, mean and rude. Have phoned/visited the centre 6-7 times including my family's, have a bad experience with the front desk 2-3 times. You tell.

24th September 2012 This is a wonderful medical practise. I have always founds the staff (especially Pam) to be both friendly and professional. The Doctors and nurses are very courteous, gentle and kind. They all rate highly with me.

29th June 2011 Yes. It is true that the reception lady is very rude and overly bossy. Even Dr. Kalu is rude too. No one even seen him smiling. Most of time he gets angry asking sometime and called people with fingers like calling his pet dog.

17th January 2011 yes...I agreed with NKBHAR...I don't understand why they put such a rude person in the reception, don't they suppose to greet whoever come to the medical centre...and besides people who came are basically aren't well & we don't want to see that kind of person specially when we aren't well. Very shocking and unprofessional.

24th June 2010 spoke to the reception the lady name "Pam" was very rude and did not even talk to me properly.
It is shame that the people sitting at fron desk are so bad-----A local resident
