4th November 2008 went to farmers in lower hutt to buy a lounge suite... no service whatsoever (and they werent even busy)... ended up going to the porirua store - the sale took forever after the rep had to have a second go at getting the finance underway. We were promised delivery within a week (and charged for it) and still waiting for delivery of the suite. Very poor effort, next time i'll look elsewhere for furniture.
