I shop at Pak n Save Lower Hutt and I am forever grateful to the simply wonderful staff employed a tthis store. When my husband was alive they were helpful kindly funny and very knowledgeable about the store and its many products. They seemd to like their customers no matter how grouchy they might be. A few minutes at the checkouts and you felt fine and happy again. Thank you everyone
With the death of my husband suddenly a year ago and after a few weeks the checkout ladies began to ask where he was - I think they liked him coz unlike most men he was friendly to those who served there store with a smile. I explained that he had died suddenly and they were super supportive and kind and even now a year later they are still supportive and still kind to me in every way making sure that my shopping trips are not so awful having always shopped wth my husband. The people on the supermarket store know where items are - even at 6am - and if I am unsure they take me to the spot and ensure that what I want is on the shelves. Who could ask for more from the people who make shopping a pleasure even at the busiest times of the day and week. Whether with the till operator staff or simply checking yourself out these are the people who make it worthwhile to shop at Pan n Save. Thank you
