I had a motorcycle key cut and told if it didn\'t work to bring it back. On Thursday the 4th of April I did this as it didn\'t work (it wasn\'t quite long enough to fit in the ignition) and the lady was so helpful. She found another key on line that looked right for the job. When I stated that I wasn\'t able to get back in for a while to pick it up the lady informed me that she would send it out to me as soon as she had cut it, using the key that did not work as the template. My new key arrived on Saturday the 6th, ready for me to use that day on a ride. The service I received was awesome and I am most happy.

Were helped by a very knowledgeable friendly young lady, who had great pr skills without forcing products on us. Easily answered our questions. Liked the way she didn't rush the customers she was already serving in order to help us. but at the same time acknowledging us. She deserves a raise!

Always willing to help with a real familiarity for our business's systems and infrastructure. Would highly recommend them as I have had personal dealings as well, and found them to have a very approachable manner and want to ensure the job is done to client's satisfaction every time.
