Dropped both our cats off for a four day stay and when we picked them up one had lost a lot of weight and was very unsteady on her feet. Their web site says they have 20 years experience in looking after cats and there is a 24 hour vet on call but they failed to pick-up that the cat was even unwell!! Couldn't recommend them for their service and wont be using them again.
