i ordered the most expensive item on the menu, $16 for pancakes , i got 3 , 10cm pikelets all burnt , thick ash on the bottom, and burnt bacon. very expensive -even if it wasn't burnt. im surprised it left the kitchen, someone was having a shocking day and didnt care who knew, even the waitress should have seen the meal was inedible.

Most people put Gloria Jeans into the category of 'just another coffee shop', and whilst yes, it does serve coffee, the quality and service there is a notch above any other. The lattes truly are amazing, i recommend you try the caramel, and the hot chocolate decadent. The cabinet food is generic but still satisfies and the prices are reasonable. For a quick coffee stop or a lunch break Gloria Jeans wont dissapoint.
